Marsigli is a strong candidate for re-election. He has been — and will continue to be — part of the solution. Jeff has proudly served as your District Attorney for the past three years and is running to continue that service. It is now time to re-elect a proven leader with the experience, integrity, and commitment to serve this community and to do the right thing — every time. With over 20 years of experience as a District Attorney, Assistant District Attorney, and in private practice, he brings a unique perspective and a holistic approach to every case. He remains steadfast in his commitment to the duty and to the people he serves.

 

As your lead prosecutor, he has and will continue to:

 

• Partner with the Sheriffs and local police to ensure they are aligned & working together as a united front.  

• Participate and show criminals complacency isn’t our stance. 

• Ensure the Assistant DAs receive the support they deserve so they are able to carry out the tremendous duties required of them.

• Respectfully practice law – equal to all, just as it was intended to be.

• Fight to change the way the system prioritizes things so justice can be served to the fullest extent, for the guilty and not guilty.

• Always do the right thing.
